Shipping: Your item will be sent within 2 business days of payment being received.
I will, wherever possible, use recycled packaging (clean, of course). This helps save the environment and to keep costs down.
Once your package leaves my hands I have no control over how long it will take to reach you. Purrfectly Bearable is in Australia. Items sent to countries outside of Australia can take from one week to three or even four weeks to get to their destination.
Returns and Refunds: Please choose carefully. I do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to do. Contact must be made before any return is accepted.
